Join us for our November Monthly Meeting as Alexandra Towler-Bliss presents, Gratitude in the Workplace!

Culture Connection Law's Gratitude in the Workplace trainings are designed to cultivate a culture of appreciation, resilience, and connection by helping teams recognize the power of gratitude in daily work and relationships. These sessions go beyond surface-level thank-yous to explore how intentional, authentic expressions of gratitude can boost morale, increase trust, and improve collaboration across all levels of an organization. While these trainings are grounded in warmth and positivity, they also invite participants to examine what gets in the way of gratitude and how to practice it meaningfully, especially during times of stress or conflict. Our Gratitude trainings are recommended for teams looking to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build a more connected and supportive workplace culture.

More about our speaker:

Alexandra Towler-Bliss is an attorney who understands the complexities of nonprofit and small business compliance, as well as employment law. With a compassionate focus on workplace wellness and creating a sense of belonging, she founded Culture Connection Law to nurture holistic organizational health. Alex is dedicated to supporting businesses and nonprofits every step of the way—from their initial formation through the development of legal frameworks, all the way to fostering positive team culture and effective leadership training.

Alex was born and raised in Oklahoma, earning her Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University, followed by her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. In 2019, she attained her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, enabling her to guide charitable organizations and donors in tax-efficient giving strategies.

Alex is deeply grounded in her community, supporting local initiative as legal counsel, teaching Entrepreneurial Leadership at the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma, and serving on the boards of both Sunbeam Family Services and Camp Twin Cedars. Alex is led by her belief that every person deserves the chance to make mistakes, learn from them, and grow. This foundational belief allows her to create an environment where she and leaders can genuinely connect with themselves and their teams.

Alex shares her life with her wife, Shelby, their three cats, and their dogs, Ansley and Blueberry.
